In Chennai's weather, for men, what's the best hair routine, like oiling,washing etc?

Ideas needed preferably from trichologists, like when to oil hair, day time or in the night before bed, before or after a head bath, i guess there are no suprises as many do apply oil after a head shower, especially in South India, is it wrong to use warm water to wash scalp hair? %26amp; any more routine advice appreciated, incuding do's %26amp; dont's....thanks in advance, love youIn Chennai's weather, for men, what's the best hair routine, like oiling,washing etc?
