The kind of haircut you should have is determined by the shape of your head and face and the type of hair you have. High and tight looks really bad on a guy with a long face and a high neckline in back. Rely on a good hairdresser to help you decide.
Definitely short and clean-long locks just look grungy/trashy/ on guys or like the14 year old skater boys.

it definitely depends but i like it a little in the middle, maybe short but a little scruffy. long and clean is a disaster. if its going to be long, do not let it get to shoulder length and make sure it is layered and rugged. short and clean can work. usually that is better for guys whose hair tends to poof out.
depends on your personality,,,i like long hair,,clean but long,,,,facial hair should be kept up tho ,,you dont wna look all hobo like! lol
