I know most men don't like scent heavy product, but sometimes it really doesn't matter (as long as it isn't too fruity LOL). I think that pantene makes good product, I use it in my hair. My hair is very curly and it has good control without making it really stiff, sticky, or flaky. I also have used herbal essence and finesse mousse, but both of those have a slight fruity smell. My brothers have used all 3 of the same products, but they tend to go with gel simply because their hair is shorter. Hope this helps!
