What is a good type of hair product for men's hair that will make it stand up and still look dry?

I have fine, poker-straight hair that needs a lot of hold; I currently use 'Sebastian crude clay,' but sometimes my hair still looks greasy. I used to use a 'Crew' matte finish product in the past and it didn't work very well. Is there any product that is better and would leave my hair looking completely dry?What is a good type of hair product for men's hair that will make it stand up and still look dry?
I use clay for my hair to look professional too. Just be sure to blow dry your hair before applying and rub the clay on your palm gently to avoid it from being too sticky once applied to your hair. Matrix makes a wonderful wash%26amp;style shampoo. You can wash your hair with it then just style it while its wet and it will dry like that and not leave behind a really hard hair or sticky.

I'm a cosmetologist and I would have to say any kind of wax (use sparingly), for a strong hold hair glue (Got 2 B), or hair putty. None of these products should make the hair look greasy if you don't over do it.

Bed Head hair spray called hard head. It works beautifully for fine hair. It won't look wet and it should stand up great. You will need to spray a little into your hair as you are trying to make it stand up. Then go from there to see if you need more spray or not. This product is not messy or gooey. I think you will like it especially if you never tried a spray before.
