Hair style for a mature women?

What hair style would look good on a 50 year old. I have an oval face, blue eyes, light skin. I don't like short hair. my hair is thinning too.Right now it is shoulder length and straight.Hair style for a mature women?

Well your hair is thinning because your letting it grow so long even thought it is shoulder length it can still thin out as it grows and you get older. The best thing to do is keep a nice length you like for your hair and get it trimmed every 4 to six weeks to keep the length and the dead ends from causing you hair to thin or fall out.
I reckon with the features you have provided me with, you would suit a slight side parting, gradual side fringe and texturising and feathering at the bottom of your hair, which can give it some much needed oomph!
Have some layers cut in to it and add some colour. A fringe can be quite flattering too. What you want is volume and softness.
needs to be darkened and cut a bit shorter.
