The only thing i ever want to see frosted in a salon is a client bringing me a cake!! ;)


Frosting in an old term that usually ment pulling hair through a cap and bleaching it. which is still done but usually rarely and is called a cap highlight.


Highlighting is much more advanced now and can be accomplished using baylage (hair painting) using sponges and other tools to place the color and many different foiling techniques. I do sometimes have an older woman call in for a ';frost'; appointment, but that is really a thing of the past. HTHIs frosted hair still in style for women?
oh yea-if you're old but highlighting is way more popular!
What is in style is whatever looks good on you. If you look good with frosted hair no one is going to say otherwise.

I loved frosted hair, especially chocolate. Sometimes vanilla, it's just not as tasty.
