I know someone who has knee-length hair. It's actually not that attractive, because the ends are in poor condition, and the weight of the hair keeps it from having any volume, making it look thin and stringy. If she cut just a few inches off, it would be beautiful. But she's proud of the length, so I don't think she'll ever do it.
I have seen knee length, personally. A lady I used to go to church with in another state had it. I'm Pentecostal so I don't cut my hair. I haven't cut it in about six years. My hair started out pixie short and now is just to the middle of my back. I love it.
an Indian lady in South Africa - cape town, has hair down to her feet, she's bout 1,7m in height. she's growing her two daughters hair as well. the 10 year old's hair is behind her knees and the 6 year old is almost to her waist...

I saw a girl with hair to her mid-calf, but it was all tangled from about the middle of her back, and I thought it was such a shame to invest all that time growing it, and then not take proper care of it. My niece wants to be Rapunzel, she has long ginger wavy hair, it's beautiful, hers reaches the middle of her back, but then again she is only 9 so she has a good few years to grow it.
