How do women with long hair put their hair comfortably up for the night so it doesn't fall all over?

How do women with long hair put their hair up at night so it is comfortable? Not to set it but to keep it from falling all over the place. Braids- which I dont know how to fix them very well -are not that comfortable.How do women with long hair put their hair comfortably up for the night so it doesn't fall all over?

Try a swim cap, ya know the ones that the Olympic swimmers wear. Or put it on a bun on the top (about 4 inches from the hairline on the front of your head) of your head. A cinnamon roll hair bun.
