There not enough information here. I am a stylist who specializes in long hair and there are several factors here. One hair doesn't grow the same for everyone. It all depends on the condition and genetics. Saying that it also depends on how often you plan on trimming it. The best advice I can give to you (not knowing much about your hair) is get it in the best condition as possible by not putting alot of color on your hair and try not to blow dry it. If you do this the quickest way is to only get a trim every 6 months or so (yes 6 MONTHS). Most people make the mistake of getting a trim every 6 weeks or less! Your hair will never grow and this advice is not correct. You basically are trimming off any growth you just had and it doesn't make your hair grow any quicker. I had a crew cut hairstyle above my ears 3 years ago and since then I been trying to let it grow. Currently my hair length is below armpits even through I only trimmed it around once every 5-8mths.
