theres nothing wrong with being short and having long hair. I love my hair and i'm short =] You just gotta know how to wear your hair at cetain times. But I think long hair on short women are cute =]

I say yes!! Short people already have to avoid so many things. Hair is free game in my opinion! You grow it out as long as you like! :)
I don't think that it looks bad at all. Sometimes it can give the illusion of you being shorter, but who cares? Long hair is beautiful!
